Terms
Last updated / September 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Rivie, provided by Rivie LLC (“Rivie,” “we”). By creating an account or using Rivie, you agree to them. If you use Rivie for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
Rivie analyzes the creative and performance of the advertising campaigns you connect and provides insights and recommendations.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Connected accounts and your data
Connect only advertising accounts you are authorized to access. You keep ownership of your data and let Rivie process it solely to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Third-party platforms
Advertising platforms such as Meta are governed by their own terms and policies, which you remain responsible for following. Rivie depends on their availability and access rules, which they may change.
Insights
Rivie’s insights and recommendations are estimates based on available data. You decide how to advertise, and Rivie does not guarantee any result.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing prices.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Rivie unlawfully, access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with or overload the service, or attempt to copy or reverse engineer it.
Ending your use
You may stop using Rivie and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. To delete your data, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Rivie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rivie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to Rivie is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use Rivie after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
